Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to work in a fast-paced environment, providing top-notch support to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Previous customer service experience (BPO experience is not required)
