Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Previous customer service experience (BPO experience is not required)

Location and Work Schedule
