We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Valeros Business Company. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience in the BPO industry is a plus.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and answering questions about company services
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues

We offer a competitive salary package of Php20,000 - Php25,000 per month, plus additional benefits such as:

Our working hours are 8 hours a day, with overtime available. We also offer a shift system to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
