Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective reservation strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Manage and coordinate front desk operations to ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in reservations, customer service, or a call center environment.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
