About the Role

Australian Outsource Desk Inc. is a leading provider of payroll services in Australia. We are seeking a Payroll Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our payroll team.

The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing, specifically for Australian accounts. They will be responsible for ensuring that all payroll tasks are completed accurately and on time, while also providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of Australian tax laws, superannuation, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks and other Australian payroll systems is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also required for this role.
