We are seeking a Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer service unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities

- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
- 1+ year experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a call center environment
