Role Description:
- We're seeking a talented and compassionate customer support specialist to join our team. As a remote customer support agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via chat, email, or phone.
You will handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns. You'll also utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.
To ensure a consistent customer experience, you'll stay informed on product updates and support practices.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and accounts
- Manage tickets using Gorgias and Shopify
- Stay updated on product knowledge and support procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
- Empathetic and patient approach when addressing customer concerns
- Strong teamwork and attention to detail
