Job Overview

We are seeking a professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.

This role involves providing routine customer service phone support to clients, responding to requests and calls related to specific programs and products, and identifying and resolving customer needs based on designated procedures.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to stay composed and objective under pressure, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and training to customers as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information as necessary
  • Evaluate and escalate complex customer issues to supervisors or other relevant teams
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
