Job Title: Logistics Support Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask with ease.

The Logistics Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all items are safely loaded and secured onto the truck, compiling accurate delivery records and reports, and maintaining good customer relations by consistently delivering orders on time and acting in a courteous and professional manner.

In addition, the Logistics Support Specialist will be responsible for obtaining clients' and customers' signatures as an acknowledgment of having received the delivered products, ensuring that all documents (stock transfer forms) turned in are original and not tampered, and completing the daily trip ticket including submitting timely report of incidents of lost, stolen or damaged goods while in transit.

The Logistics Support Specialist will also be required to report all delivery-related problems to senior staff or Manager and ensure that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
