Customer Support Specialist - Tech Industry

Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Native English speaker or equivalent B2 proficiency

  • At least six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Personal or professional background in trading, investments, or blockchain is a significant advantage
  • Experience providing live chat support
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive attitude and responsibility
  • Own laptop or computer (at least 8 GB RAM) and stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
