- Collaborate with developers and other departments within IT companies
Native English speaker or equivalent B2 proficiency
- At least six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Personal or professional background in trading, investments, or blockchain is a significant advantage
- Experience providing live chat support
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive attitude and responsibility
- Own laptop or computer (at least 8 GB RAM) and stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
