
Customer Desk Support

Join our Philippine Business Unit as a Customer Desk Ticket Support specialist in Davao City. You'll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring fast, accurate, and professional ticket resolution. This role also involves enhancing our service operations by helping train and optimize bots/AI tools — experience in this area is a plus.
Responsibilities
• Handle customer desk tickets, inquiries, and feedback with accuracy and professionalism
• Process insurance applications and maintain documentation
• Provide product, service, and promotion information to customers
• Resolve complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service operations
• Use and maintain CRM systems to track progress and provide reports
• Assist in training and optimizing bots/AI tools to enhance customer support
Qualifications
•
Must be based in Davao City, with own laptop, webcam, and stable internet
• 2–3 years of customer service, helpdesk, or related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Filipino)
• Positive energy, collaborative attitude, and willingness to learn
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/ticketing systems a plus
• Experience with bot/AI tool training is an advantage
• Willing to work full-time and attend quarterly team events
