About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record Keeping: Accurately record daily accounting transactions, including sales, expenses, accounts payable/receivable, and inventory management.
- Filing and Organization: File and maintain digital copies of invoices, receipts, and other important documents using cloud-based systems.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain basic financial reports in Excel, including reconciliations and ledger reviews.
- Sales and Inventory Management: Record sales transactions, update inventory databases, and maintain logs of stock received and dispatched.
- HR Support: Collect and input timekeeping or compensation data for payroll runs, maintain digital HR records, and ensure personnel files are up-to-date.
- Compliance and Digital Filing: Support compliance tasks, such as policy acknowledgment tracking and onboarding checklists, and set up and manage digital filing systems (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
