The Operations and Finance Administrator role is a vital position that supports the core operations and financial functions of our organization. This full-time, remote position will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance and logistics using tools including Zoho Books, Google Sheets, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage invoicing, receivables/payables, and cash flow tracking
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with financial reporting
  • Help coordinate inventory and logistics
  • Streamline processes across finance and operations

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong accounting skills, excellent communication skills, and be tech-savvy. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • Strong English fluency, both written and spoken
  • Experience in small business or startup finance/ops roles
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with use of AI
