Finance Operations Director

We are seeking a results-driven Accounting Manager to lead our internal finance and accounting operations.
This role will focus on financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of US GAAP, U.S. tax law, and be able to manage end-to-end financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze the three core financial statements: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Manage vendor invoicing, collections, payroll, and cash flow monitoring.
- Professional certification (CPA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in a Big 4 Accounting firm or managerial role.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
