Customer Support Representative

We're seeking a professional and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences via chat, email, or phone.

**Job Responsibilities**:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns with ease
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
