Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and professional support to customers across various channels
- Address inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns with expertise and patience
- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets efficiently and provide accurate support
- Stay informed on product updates and support best practices to maintain a consistent customer experience

Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
- Ability to work independently while handling multiple conversations simultaneously
