Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Ability to work independently while handling multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Empathetic and patient approach when addressing customer concerns
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
