As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. You'll research and retrieve information across systems to support customer needs, accurately document interactions, and guide customers through options to find the best solutions.

We're seeking candidates with prior call center experience, work-from-home experience, and strong command of the English language. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent and typing speed of 20+ WPM. Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) are also required.
Candidates must reside within 80km of our office and have a high-speed internet connection. They should also be able to multitask and self-manage effectively.
