Role: Content Specialist (Writing & SEO)
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00pm - 6:00am Philippine time
Work Setup: Work-from-Home
Primary Function
You will produce persuasive, clear, and SEO-optimized content that resonates with B2B audiences such as business owners, operations, HR, or leadership teams who are exploring remote/offshore staff solutions. You will work closely with marketing, sales, design, and operations teams to produce content that builds trust, demonstrates our expertise, and supports lead generation and client education.
Duties & Responsibilities
Service-Focused Content Development
- Write in-depth and compelling content about our services and job roles (customer service, creative & marketing, IT support, back office, recruitment, etc.).
- Develop case studies, whitepapers, and long-form content that highlight ROI, cost-saving, quality, and operational advantages of offshore teams.
Website & SEO Content
- Create and maintain website copy: service pages, landing pages, feature descriptions, FAQs.
- Research relevant keywords in outsourcing, offshore staffing, BPO, remote teams, etc., and apply SEO best practices (keyword placement, meta descriptions, internal linking).
Blog, Thought Leadership & Resource Content
- Produce blog posts, downloadable resources, infographics, guides, and videos (scripts) that educate prospects on benefits, challenges, best practices of remote teams.
- Keep up with industry trends (offshoring, remote work, global hiring) and produce content that positions Remote Employee as a leader.
Sales Enablement & Email Campaigns
- Create email sequences, nurture campaigns, proposal copy, and sales collateral that help move leads down the funnel.
- Develop compelling messaging for outreach and drip campaigns focused on business use cases and decision-makers.
Social Media & Short-Form Content
- Write concise, engaging posts and captions for LinkedIn, Facebook, etc., reinforcing our brand authority, case studies, employee stories, and thought leadership.
- Develop content for ad copy (Google Ads, social ads) supporting service offers, free consultations, ROI-focused hooks.
Collaboration and Performance Tracking
- Work with designers, SEO specialists, sales, and operations to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and aligned with company goals.
- Track content performance via analytics tools (traffic, conversions, engagement), report insights, and iterate content accordingly.
Qualifications / Experience
- 2 - 4+ years writing B2B content, preferably for outsourcing/remote staffing/tech/agency/SaaS.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research tools, and ability to incorporate these into content.
- Strong writing samples across formats blogs, case studies, service pages, email campaigns, whitepapers.
- Familiarity with the offshore staffing/BPO/remote work landscape, benefits and challenges.
- Comfortable with CMS (WordPress or similar), email marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp), collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana/Trello).
- Excellent grammar, tone adaptation (formal vs conversational), clarity, ability to refine content based on feedback.
- Able to handle multiple content projects, meet deadlines, prioritize based on business impact.
- Experience writing ad copy, video scripts, or interactive content.
