Role: Customer Service and Sales Representative
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 6:00am - 3pm Philippine time
Work Setup: WFO - San Fernando, Pampanga (near SM Telebastagan)

We're looking for a confident, high-energy, and sharp-tongued customer service & sales representative to be the front line of A1 Express Car Removal new brand, CarDeath.Com.Au Australia's boldest car removal brand. Youll be quoting customers, answering calls, messages, and emails, and locking in jobs with a sense of urgency and clarity. Think of yourself as the right-hand to the boss because every customer is a Boss in our world

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls, text messages, emails, and web enquiries from customers
  • Quote customers based on internal pricing tools and guidelines
  • Organise pickup jobs by liaising with internal dispatch systems or team
  • Handle follow-ups, confirmations, and post-job communication
  • Build rapport and close deals confidently we dont chase, we lead
  • Respond to objections and queries with tact and a no-funny-business tone
  • Record and manage leads and sales activities via CRM (if required)
  • Work closely with the Australian team and adapt to the tone and branding of CarDeath

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent spoken and written English must sound confident, clear, and natural
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service (phone/email/text)
  • Strong quoting and negotiation skills you know how to close without pushiness
  • Attention to detail every quote and job must be 100% accurate
  • High emotional intelligence can read a situation and adjust tone/style accordingly
  • Think sales with flair
  • Proficient with web-based tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, JustCall, Podium, etc.
