Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital strategies that drive business growth.

  • Assist clients through the website production process until launch.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and production teams.
  • Ensure projects remain within scope.
  • Report progress to clients on a regular basis.
  • Manage project timelines and make proactive suggestions to improve online presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Design Homepage, Inner Pages, and Custom Requests in collaboration with clients.
  • Come up with aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.
  • Keep up to date with current design trends.
  • Manage website projects in production.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships.
  • Assist in tracking web project issues and drive resolution.
  • Create project status reports and deliver updates to clients and managers.
  • Determine client goals and provide expert advice on achieving them.
  • Ensure clients receive necessary services to achieve business goals.
  • Provide support on internal and client projects.
  • Coordinate with other offices by phone and email.
  • Anticipate errors in projects prior to clients calling customer support or sales.
  • Launch projects with minimal tweaks from Quality Assurance.
  • Review websites for possible issues and revisions.
  • Establish smooth communication between clients and development teams.
  • Accomplish a minimum of 6 marked completed projects per month, 24 completions in 4 consecutive months, and/or 36 completions for 6 consecutive months.
  • Not have more than 1 valid escalation or cancellation.
  • Zero out non contacts every end of the week.
  • Undergo and pass Advanced IDX training.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management or handling multiple clients.
  • Background in art and design is essential.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a neutral North American accent.
  • Background in customer support with at least 1 year experience servicing customers in the U.S. / North America.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Highly adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Goal-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work with a team.
  • Salesforce knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Wordpress knowledge is a strong plus.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management or handling multiple clients.
