Are you looking for a challenging role in digital marketing? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company that values innovation and creativity. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing email campaigns, planning and executing A/B tests, building and launching multiple segments of email campaigns, and performing operational execution across various marketing tools and systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve email campaign performances and marketing operations related workflows and processes. Additionally, you will support other workflow processes related to requests for data, information, and insights.

Requirements
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience or education in fields of marketing, information technology, engineering or related.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-function team and to liaise with international clients.
  • Prior experience with a CRM, CMS, Martech software (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, Sitecore, Wordpress, Outreach, etc.) is a strong advantage.
  • Detailed-oriented, methodical and prefers a structured way of getting things done.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude with meticulous attention to detail and able to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated interest in continued skills development, especially around digital marketing, data analytics, and technology tools.
  • Strong interest in researching and learning new skills and digital systems.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable working in Excel.
Work Setup

Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days onsite and 3 days work from home.
