The Digital Marketing Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and oversee comprehensive digital marketing plans. This role plans, executes, and optimizes campaigns across various platforms, linking marketing strategies to client objectives and ensuring ROI traceability through campaign performance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans across multiple channels, including budget management and KPI setting.
  • Manage campaigns across various platforms, paid advertising workflows, and overall campaign structure.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance; use data-driven insights to propose actionable next steps (keyword analysis, bid management, A/B testing, content planning).
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with writers, designers, developers, and data teams to ensure objectives are met efficiently.
  • Provide tactical and strategic support to specialists and associates; mentor on best practices in campaign execution and optimization.
  • Identify and resolve potential campaign issues, streamline workflows to improve efficiency, and implement scalable processes to enhance overall performance.

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, including hands-on work with campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, HubSpot, LinkedIn, GA4, etc.
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms and performance analytics, with ability to translate metrics into strategic actions.
  • Demonstrated interest in continuous learning across multiple platforms, with ability to analyze data and improve campaigns.
  • Resourceful mindset and strong analytical skills; self-motivated and able to work independently while team-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; experience working with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Willingness to adapt to dynamic market conditions and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
