Role SummaryYou will own client relationships and outcomes across SEO, Social, and Paid Media (primarily Google Ads). The role blends client servicing, light strategy, and rigorous coordination with our SEO, creative, and media teams to deliver on business goals.
- Serve as day-to-day lead for a portfolio of SMB/mid-market clients; run weekly/bi-weekly check-ins and monthly reviews.
- Translate business goals into quarterly channel plans and clear briefs for internal teams.
- Maintain the account roadmap, scope, timelines, and approvals; manage risks and escalate early.
- Plan and coordinate on-page updates, content calendars, and technical fixes with specialists.
- Convert data from GA4, GSC, Ahrefs into clear insights and prioritized actions.
- Track keyword/traffic targets and report progress with recommended next moves.
- Build monthly social calendars; brief creatives; QA captions/assets against brand guidelines.
- Review channel analytics and recommend tests (formats, hooks, CTAs, posting cadence).
- Oversee campaign objectives, budget pacing, and funnel performance; partner with media buyers on optimization.
- Explain results in business terms (ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV signals) and propose experiments.
- Ship crisp, decision-ready reports (Looker Studio/Slides) with actions, not just data.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (CRO, landing pages, additional channels) and build mini-cases for approval.
- Hold internal post-mortems and implement process improvements.
- 2–4 years in a digital agency or performance-focused AM role.
- Working knowledge of SEO (on-page/content), Social (planning/analytics), and Paid Media (Google Ads fundamentals).
- Organized.
- Client-facing communicator who can turn data into simple narratives and next steps.
- Copywriting/content planning experience.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
- 90 days: Demonstrate KPI lift on at least two accounts; propose one scoped upsell with impact estimate.
