Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of delivery leads, managing performance evaluations, recruitment oversight, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure seamless project execution through effective management of delivery leads, overseeing performance and results to drive business outcomes.
  • Identify critical issues beyond immediate domain expertise by leveraging a deep understanding of interconnected disciplines.
  • Analyze complex problems, proposing innovative solutions that may deviate from traditional approaches.
  • Lead the decision-making process, proposing adjustments to policies, processes, or operations as necessary to align with business objectives.
  • Act as a level 1 escalation point for critical incidents.
  • Collaborate closely with demand and portfolio managers to optimize resource allocation and monitor project progress.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to develop plans and establish priorities, led by the leadership/steering committee.
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure stakeholder alignment, adjusting schedules or plans as needed.
  • Review budget utilization and ensure projects stay within allocated resources.
  • Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation plans to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain project management frameworks, guidelines, and standards to support successful project delivery.
  • Define, manage, and direct end-to-end project management work efforts, leveraging best practices and techniques to achieve business goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Regularly review and evaluate opportunities to improve project management best practices and increase maturity in project delivery.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in digital service delivery, incident management, or related field, with a proven track record in managing Sev 2 and Sev 3 incidents.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of digital service environments, incident management tools, and software applications.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading teams, with strong leadership and management skills to motivate and guide teams through complex incident resolution processes.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focusing on root cause analysis and process improvement.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, addressing client issues proactively.
