Job Title:

Senior Business Development Manager

A dynamic and results-driven professional sought for a key role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value partner accounts to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment and mutual success.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives, leveraging market insights and data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and implement effective account management strategies, prioritizing opportunities for improvement and driving business outcomes.
  • Support senior leadership on key projects and initiatives, contributing to the development of strategic business plans and growth strategies.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, partnerships, or account management, preferably in the travel, airlines, hospitality, fintech, or digital platforms industries.
  • Proven track record of successful partnership development and account management, with a focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and financial planning tools (e.g. Excel, dashboards, BI tools).
