Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in various aspects of human resources management, ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new employees integrate seamlessly into the organization.
  • Provide exceptional employee relations support, serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries and concerns. Foster a positive work environment by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
  • Administer performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees. Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HRIS databases. Prepare HR-related reports and documentation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
