  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Management

  • Change Management & Culture Integration
    • Support organizational change initiatives by developing communication plans and engaging stakeholders.
    • Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect within the organization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of end-to-end HR experience, spanning both operational delivery and strategic partnership.
  • Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments with hands-on HR execution.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate workforce insights into actionable HR strategies.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
