Remote Customer Experience Representative

Customer Support represents a unique opportunity to engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels
- Effectively resolve issues related to products, orders, returns, and account management
- Utilize industry-leading tools such as Gorgias and Shopify to streamline support processes
- Stay informed on product updates and best practices to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Hold at least one year of hands-on experience working with both Shopify and Gorgias
- Show adaptability in managing multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of productivity
- Exhibit empathy, patience, and reliability when addressing customer concerns
- Possess strong teamwork skills, a work ethic, and attention to detail
- Necessary equipment includes a computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent preferred)
- A stable internet connection is required (at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed)
