Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

This role will involve addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact between our organization and customers, engaging with companies from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 enterprises globally.

The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with customers, preferably in SaaS environments. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In addition to providing top-notch support, the successful candidate will also be responsible for tracking customer interactions, assisting prospects during trial periods, and serving as a conduit for customer feedback to Product Managers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be self-motivated, have a growth mindset, and be passionate about customer experience. Experience with Intercom and Salesforce is highly desirable but not required.
