Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving support inquiries of various difficulties, maintaining working knowledge of our client's products and services, and securely working with customers' sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via calls, chats, and emails.
  • Resolve complex technical issues by gathering required data and information.
  • Maintain working knowledge of client's products and services.
  • Securely work with customers' sensitive information.
  • Communicate with developers and other departments to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 for both spoken and written).
  • Prior experience in tech support or similar role is mandatory.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of networking (VPN/firewall/Amazon/Azure services, network as a service, cloud networking) is required.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity, working experience with ISP is necessary.
  • Customer-oriented and responsible attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems.
  • Experience with engineers.
  • Degree in computer science or information technology.
  • Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
