Talent Acquisition Specialist

Jobgether offers an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This dynamic role involves sourcing, identifying, and hiring top talent across various industries. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting and assessing candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking key recruitment metrics, and providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates via various platforms
  • Conducting initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit
  • Managing candidate databases and tracking key recruitment metrics
  • Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs
  • Assisting with job advertising and ensuring targeted posts reach the right audience

Requirements
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously

  • Familiarity with ATS tools is preferred
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
