Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy to drive business performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development/Organizational Development.
  • Proven experience in L&D strategy, design, and execution in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills, confident personal presence, and ability to articulate organizational vision.
  • Deep knowledge of organization design, change management, and leadership development.

A strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and technology-based learning solutions is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their work.
