Training Development Specialist

Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping, executing, and guiding all training initiatives that impact the organization. As a Training Development Specialist, your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring our customer service teams are well-informed and performing at their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create dynamic train-the-trainer session videos and presentations to enhance the training experience within the organization.
  • Develop and update training materials, including facilitator guides, train-the-trainer materials, and job aids.
  • Collaborate closely with field and operations teams to analyze training trends and develop strategies that enhance training performance.
  • Observe training sessions, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with the customer experience.
  • Nurture and grow partner relationships while driving training performance and developing effective training strategies.
  • Support products and customers by providing relevant and up-to-date training content and materials precisely when needed.
Requirements
  • A creative approach to delivering content and processes that enhance the training experience within the organization.
  • Expertise in training the trainer to align the curriculum with high standards.
  • Passion for driving training performance and developing effective training strategies.
  • Experience conducting training observations and providing feedback to ensure alignment with the customer experience.
  • Collaborative spirit to work with the training leadership team in shaping and executing training strategies.
  • Talent for nurturing and growing partner relationships.
  • At least two years of experience across various technology platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective planning, time management, multitasking, and organizational ability.
