Business Planning and Financial Leadership

The position involves overseeing the planning, analysis, and reporting of financial data to support informed decision-making and optimize resources. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective financial plans, manage budgets, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Design and maintain dashboards to track financial and operational KPIs.
  • Conduct variance analyses (budget vs. actual) and report findings to stakeholders.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure financial plans are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proficient in financial tools such as QuickBooks Online Advanced, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Proven ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
