Job Overview:

This is a pivotal position within our educational organization, focused on delivering exceptional programs and services to students and their families.

The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing instructors, monitoring student progress, and providing superior customer service in a remote setting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate instructor schedules and manage class sessions to meet operational efficiency and utilization targets
  • Provide virtual administrative support to regional operations, including answering calls, managing daily business data, and creating/maintaining schedules with students and teachers
  • Track student academic progress and ensure seamless execution of programs and initiatives
  • Nurture relationships with students, parents, and program directors to foster open communication and effective conflict resolution
  • Foster strong connections with students and their families, dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated time management, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Able to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully
  • Exhibits professionalism and approachability
  • Effective communications both in virtual environments
  • Proficient in using all communication media, including in-person, phone, and video
  • Able to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships with customers or team members

  • Able to acquire new skills as required

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required, 2-3 years progressive career growth, experience working in a virtual operations and team environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial, proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
