About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Growth Manager to spearhead our online lead generation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that expand our reach into untapped markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch and manage lead generation campaigns across various channels, including TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels.
  • Continuously test new marketing channels, analyze data, and refine strategies to optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop and execute innovative growth-focused marketing plans that align with business goals.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using traditional and non-traditional channels.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
