
Customer Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Customer Resolution Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for resolving customer disputes and outstanding balances in a timely and respectful manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact customers via phone and email to negotiate payment arrangements and settlements.
- Update account information and payment statuses in our system.
- Follow up on broken promises and missed payments to ensure resolution.
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards at all times.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. You should also be able to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Familiarity with debt collection laws and practices is a plus.
- Previous experience in collections or customer service preferred.
