Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Customer Resolution Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for resolving customer disputes and outstanding balances in a timely and respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers via phone and email to negotiate payment arrangements and settlements.
  • Update account information and payment statuses in our system.
  • Follow up on broken promises and missed payments to ensure resolution.
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards at all times.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. You should also be able to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Familiarity with debt collection laws and practices is a plus.
  • Previous experience in collections or customer service preferred.
