Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients around the globe.

Your primary focus will be on resolving complex technical issues through effective communication and troubleshooting skills. You will work closely with our development team to ensure timely resolution of incidents and maintenance of high-quality support services.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential. You will also need to demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

About the Role
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and other communication channels to clients worldwide.
  • Resolve complex technical issues through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including development and product teams, to ensure timely resolution of incidents and enhancement of support services.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of client needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Multilingual skills (Spanish, French, Mandarin).
  • Experience with relational databases, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with supply-chain, EDI, logistics, manufacturing, or packaging industries.
