Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all employees, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage office stock levels, maintaining a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Prepare regular reports, including expenses and office budgets, to inform business decisions.
  • Organize and maintain accurate company records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
