
Sales Development Trainer

A Call Quality Coach is responsible for creating and maintaining long-standing relationships by providing first-class call & email assessments, coaching sessions, reporting, and training suggestions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assessments of sales and service calls & emails.
- Facilitate feedback and coaching sessions with clients.
- Deliver induction and training sessions remotely and in person.
- Contribute to training strategy and deliverables.
- Build client rapport and identify improvement opportunities.
- Recognise and act on sales opportunities.
- Participate in team meetings and calibration sessions.
- Three or more years in sales/customer service roles.
- Five or more years in leadership or coaching roles.
- Experience assessing inbound & outbound calls and emails.
- Business environment experience.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- An adaptable coaching approach to empower diverse learning styles.
- Demonstrated passion for supporting team members and fostering collaboration.
- A strong commitment to integrity in all client interactions and feedback processes.
- A customer-centric work ethic focused on delivering value and satisfaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Reliable transportation.
