Job Description

This role involves supporting inbound customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining high levels of service to ensure a positive customer experience across every interaction.

  • Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Support customers using e-commerce platforms, assisting with web orders, product availability, pricing, order status, and delivery tracking
  • Process sales orders and enter customer data accurately in CRM systems
  • Follow up on inbound leads, quote requests, and web inquiries to help convert interest into sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related B2B role (experience in electronics or manufacturing is beneficial)
  • Excellent communication skills in English — both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Netsuite, or similar platforms) preferred
