
Sales Development Ambassador

A sales development representative is needed to generate qualified sales appointments for the CEO and Sales Manager to close.
- This role requires strong communication skills, creative outreach tactics, and the ability to manage lead generation across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-driven, and highly familiar with outbound outreach best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, Instagram DMs, and other relevant platforms to reach potential clients.
- Identify and build prospect lists using internal tools and independent research based on our ideal customer profile.
- Log all activities and manage prospect pipeline in Pipedrive, keeping data accurate and updated.
- C coordinate closely with the CEO and Sales Manager to align on messaging, targeting, and performance goals.
- Deliver a high volume of qualified appointments for the sales team.
Success Metrics:
- Positive responses generated.
- Sales meetings booked per week.
- Meeting quality (fit and engagement).
- CRM hygiene and responsiveness.
Requirements:
- 4 + years of experience in sales outreach, appointment setting, as an SDR role.
- Must have working knowledge with business acumen and sales methodology.
- C2-level English (spoken and written).
