Language Training Specialist

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Mentor and support language trainers: Provide individualized coaching and support to language trainers, fostering their growth and development as educators.
  2. Facilitate online training sessions: Facilitate discussions, answer questions, and encourage active participation from trainers and assessors.
  3. Develop training materials: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to develop online training materials.
  4. Facilitate professional development opportunities: Identify professional development needs of language trainers and assessors, and coordinate relevant training sessions, workshops, or webinars.
  • Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Extensive experience as a language trainer, instructor, or educator, preferably with experience in coaching or mentoring.
  3. Excellent understanding of various language proficiency frameworks and their application in training.
  4. Proficiency in using web conferencing tools, learning management systems, and other online training platforms.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
