We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a sales development role focused on supporting sales efforts. This position emphasizes outreach, relationship building, and effective communication.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales pipeline by performing essential sales development tasks such as conducting outreach and follow-ups with potential and existing customers via phone calls, emails, and other channels.
This is a remote job that requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outreach and follow-ups with potential and existing customers via phone calls, emails, and other channels
- Assist with scheduling and booking demos and meetings, including appointment setting
- Manage CRM, ensuring the organization and accuracy of contact data and tagging leads appropriately
- Excellent command of English, with a focus on high-quality reading, writing, and speaking capabilities
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using online tools and platforms, specifically Apollo IO and a CRM system
- Must have attended college and possess at least 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
- Experience in a remote work environment is considered a plus
