Compensation and Benefits Administrator

The role of a Compensation and Benefits Administrator at GanV Business Support Services Corporation is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing. The successful candidate will be responsible for pre-funding requirements, final pay calculations, and administering benefits.
Key Responsibilities:- Verifying time records and generating payroll reports
- Conducting audits of deductions and reconciling with government remittances
- Administering benefits for maternity, sickness, and Employee Retirement Plans (ERP)
- Managing government remittances and COOP deductions
A strong attention to detail and collaboration with HR and finance teams are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP and HRIS systems, as well as intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience with SAP and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of withholding tax and annualization
- 2-4 years of work experience handling Payroll and Accounting
$65,000 - $85,000 per year
