We are seeking an Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team at Staff Outsourcing Solutions in Cebu City. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience in administrative roles and proficiency in Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull reports from Shopify and organize the data in Google Sheets.
- Assist with various tasks and updates within the Shopify platform.
- Provide administrative support to management, including organization documents, managing schedules, and handling correspondence.
- Create and set up meetings, including coordinating calendars, sending invites, and ensuring preparation for all participants.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets.
- Experience with Shopify a plus (but not required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools collaboration and task management.
