Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our dynamic team in HR Direct. As a Junior Specialist, HR Direct, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional HR service excellence across the APAC region.


This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with top talent, drive meaningful change, and grow your career in a supportive, global environment.


As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high-level service delivery, performing follow-ups, and resolving escalations.


Furthermore, you will update and maintain knowledge bases, initiate continuous process improvements, and deliver or complete ad-hoc tasks and team deliverables.


Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, you will deliver first-line HR support efficiently through various channels.


Additionally, you will review all HR cases and emails, identify the appropriate support team, and apply relevant SOPs and work instructions.


With excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, you will investigate, analyze, and conduct research to achieve timely and efficient resolutions.


Lastly, you will manage and prioritize tasks in compliance with SLA and ensure KPIs are met.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (relevant experience preferred).
  • Experience in HR administrative function, data analytics and reporting, IT, customer service, contact center/BPO; leadership role is an advantage.
  • Computer literate with basic to advanced knowledge of common operating systems/software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Experience in using SAP or ServiceNow is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills: strong communication, analytical thinking, collaborative mindset, continuous improvement, adaptability, resilience, interpersonal and emotional intelligence, initiative, and integrity.
