About the role
Join our dynamic team at WeTrade Digital Ventures Inc. as an HR Generalist. This full-time position is based in Alabang Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, and will play a crucial role in supporting our growing workforce. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of human resources functions, contributing to the overall success and well-being of our employees.
What you'll be doing

Administering and managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations

Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with the company's strategic objectives

Providing coaching and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters

Coordinating employee benefits, payroll, and leave management

Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations

Contributing to the design and delivery of HR-related training and development programs

Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for management's strategic decision making
What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws in the Philippines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite

Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to continuous learning, personal and professional development

Strategic thinker and using innovative approach to Human Resources Management

Able to lead and manage a diverse workforce, including Millenials and Gen-Z employees
