Merchant Services Representative

We are seeking a skilled Merchant Services Representative to engage with potential clients, introduce our merchant services, and schedule qualified appointments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a confident speaking voice, and prior experience in cold calling. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling objections, and setting appointments with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to introduce merchant services and payment solutions.
  • Engage prospects in professional conversations to understand their business needs.
  • Effectively handle objections and provide clear, persuasive responses.
  • Set appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English with a neutral or professional accent.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in merchant services, payments, or financial services.
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections confidently.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
