About the Role:We are seeking a Risk and Business Continuity Specialist to support the implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM), Incident Management (IM), and Operational Risk initiatives across the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and the successful execution of risk programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of BCM and IM frameworks and initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with risk policies and plans
  • Support training, incident simulations, and risk capability-building activities
  • Maintain risk monitoring tools, documentation, and reporting systems
  • Provide support during incident or crisis events and post-event reviews

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related 4-year course
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in BCM, risk management, or crisis management
  • Training in ISO 22301 or ISO 31000 is an advantage
  • Certification from BCI, DRII, or ICOR preferred
  • Strong communication, analytical, and facilitation skills
