**Job Title:** Business Development Specialist


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategies to capture them.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate the basic functionality of our product to potential clients.
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities for the company.
  • Cold call potential clients to generate interest in our products and services.
  • Send personalized emails and LinkedIn messages to potential clients to nurture leads.
  • Monitor social media groups/communities for potential leads.
  • Schedule appointments with potential clients for the sales team.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our products and services to potential clients, including product and service demonstrations using presentation materials.
  • Work with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and follow-up.
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
  • Use CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Natural fluency and an instinctive understanding of the English language.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • A stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps.
  • A mobile data plan as a backup.
  • A quiet workspace.
  • Comfortable working US business hours.
  • A PC with at least 8 GB of memory.
